Formed in 1971 as Walnut Grove Chapel, our church is located in the Castleton area, just minutes north of the I-465/Allisonville Road interchange. Keeping the Bible central in preaching with a Reformed emphasis, along with being passionately committed to both sending and serving overseas missionaries, have hallmarked our church from its earliest days.

Now

Today we are known as The Chapel and we’re excited about our newly renovated facilities. We are a non-denominational church with a strong desire for the Gospel to impact every aspect of our lives. The primary reason for our existence is to glorify God. We sincerely believe He is most glorified when His body (the Church) is best edified. We intentionally build relationships which center on Gospel values. In all that we do, our aim is to help each other better understand and experience the love of Jesus Christ. We want to express Who He is, what He has done and who we are in Him through our worship, in our homes and in our church.
